Director of FP&A
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A, this full-time remote position will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, partnering closely with the CFO and executive leadership to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic modeling efforts
- Manage revenue forecasting and ensure alignment with sales operations for accurate projections
- Oversee management reporting and develop KPIs to measure financial health and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance
- Proven success in building and scaling FP&A capabilities in a high-growth environment
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and systems integration
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and operational finance interdependencies
