Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of FP&A, this senior leadership role will manage FP&A support across multiple business units, focusing on modernizing financial processes, enhancing reporting and modeling, and partnering with executives to drive business performance while working remotely with travel requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A support, consolidating planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management into a consistent operating model
• Partner with executive and commercial leaders on revenue planning, pricing, and investment decisions
• Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive reporting processes

Required qualifications:

• Senior-level FP&A experience in technology, software, SaaS, or fintech environments
• Strong experience with ERP, planning, and reporting system implementations or modernizations
• Proven ability to manage integrated financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Experience collaborating with sales and product teams on revenue planning and profitability
• Ability to lead in a global or matrixed environment and communicate effectively with executives
