Director of FP&A
Job Summary
Leading financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time remote Director of FP&A will manage forecasting, cash flow, and channel economics while partnering with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes that enhance planning cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee DTC financial modeling, including cohort analysis and revenue forecasting
- Analyze channel profitability by SKU, channel, and account to inform pricing and investment decisions
- Develop and implement scalable planning processes for cash flow and liquidity forecasting
Required qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in omni-channel CPG
- Proven ability to build scalable, repeatable planning processes
- Experience working directly with modern data warehouses and BI tools
- Fluency in using AI tools for analysis and modeling
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members
