Director of FP&A

Job Summary

To drive financial planning and operational performance analysis, the full-time remote Director of FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while integrating advanced analytics and AI into the finance function.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting for the company and its subsidiaries
• Serve as the primary finance business partner for Community Solar operations, analyzing performance metrics and developing reporting frameworks
• Drive the development and execution of an AI roadmap for FP&A, implementing advanced technologies to enhance forecasting and decision-making processes

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in the renewable energy industry combined with operational finance expertise
• Proficiency in financial modeling and performance analysis
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics in finance
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing FP&A team
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S
