Director of FP&A
Job Summary
Leading the consolidated financial strategy, the full-time Director of FP&A will manage three-statement modeling, capital allocation, and executive reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the consolidated three-statement model, ensuring integrity across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for all entities
- Drive capital allocation frameworks and scenario planning to inform leadership on financial trade-offs
- Lead executive, Board, and investor reporting, delivering analysis of company performance against goals and forecasts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, consulting, banking, or related fields
- Advanced expertise in three-statement modeling and multi-entity consolidation
- Track record of delivering executive, Board, and investor reporting in high-growth environments
- Experience consolidating multiple legal entities and currencies, ideally post-acquisition
- Proficiency in ERP & BI tools (Intacct, Looker, or similar)
