Director of FP&A and AI Finance

Job Summary

Owning the financial engine of the business, the full-time remote Director of FP&A and AI Finance will lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning while driving AI-enabled process improvements across the Finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Spearhead AI-driven transformation initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• 2+ years of investment banking or related rigorous financial training experience
• Demonstrated success in leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation within finance workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a remote environment
