Director of FP&A Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FP&A and AI Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the annual budget process and lead monthly forecasts, identifying opportunities and risks
• Lead AI-driven process transformation in FP&A, developing automated workflows and reporting tools
• Build and manage a high-performing FP&A team while partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience, particularly in omnichannel retail
• Hands-on AI experience applied within finance workflows, with proven business impact
• Strong command of corporate finance and accounting principles
• Experience in building and developing high-performing teams with effective workflow management
