Director of FP&A Insights

Job Summary

Driving standardized FP&A processes and analytics, the full-time remote Director of FP&A Insights will lead enterprise process design, enhance financial transparency, and deliver trusted insights that support business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise FP&A process design and mapping across planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles
• Establish standardized process frameworks to improve consistency, scalability, and transparency
• Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and standardized performance reporting across regions and business units

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or finance transformation
• Proficiency in Anaplan, Power BI or Tableau, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel
• Experience leading automation or digital finance initiatives
• Global and cross-functional experience in finance organizations
• Background in building scalable planning processes and governance frameworks
