Director of FP&A Insights

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the VP of FP&A, the full-time Director of FP&A Insights will consolidate enterprise financial data, generate actionable insights, and prepare executive-level materials to support strategic decision-making in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and analysis of financial and operational data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership consideration
• Partner with the VP of FP&A to oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling processes
• Develop executive-ready financial presentations and Board materials, translating performance data into clear, actionable narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or similar advanced credential is preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven performance management
• Proven ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into compelling insights for executive audiences
• Experience operating successfully in a highly cross-functional, multi-region, or global business environment
