Job Summary
Serving as a strategic financial partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, the full-time salaried Director of FP&A Revenue will manage the end-to-end revenue planning process across multiple revenue streams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the revenue forecast model and collaborate with sales leadership to ensure pipeline accuracy and hygiene
- Partner with Sales Ops to enforce Salesforce data governance and lead territory design and quota-setting processes
- Act as the financial business partner to the CRO, analyzing customer economics and supporting strategic planning initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in FP&A roles supporting revenue or GTM functions in a SaaS or B2B technology company
- Direct experience owning revenue forecast processes across multiple revenue streams, including SaaS and managed services
- Hands-on experience with commissions management and ASC 340-40 capitalization accounting
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel and experience with EPM/FP&A platforms like Oracle PBCS
