Job Summary
Leading the strategic transformation of the FP&A function, the full-time salaried Director of FP&A Systems will manage system consolidation, mentor a small team, and drive automation initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap and digital transformation of the FP&A function across multiple divisions
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of a unified enterprise architecture from existing dual systems
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering skill development during platform transitions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems within a high-growth tech company
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics or similar platforms
- Proven track record of leading platform consolidations and full-lifecycle system implementations
- Experience managing and upskilling technical teams through organizational changes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA/CPA preferred
