Director of FP&A Systems
Job Summary
Leading the strategic transformation of FP&A functions, the full-time Director of FP&A Systems will manage system consolidation, mentor a small team, and drive automation initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic roadmap and digital transformation of FP&A across various divisions
- Manage day-to-day workflows and mentor direct reports while executing system migration projects
- Partner with decentralized FP&A teams to develop tailored automated financial modeling solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems within a tech company
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics or similar platforms
- Proven track record in leading platform consolidations and system implementations
- Experience managing and upskilling technical team members during software transitions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA/CPA preferred
