A company is looking for a Director, Fraud AI & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a data science and analytics team focused on fraud detection
• Build and operationalize AIML models to identify and prevent various types of fraud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement real-time fraud detection and containment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in fraud prevention analytics or security intelligence, including 5+ years in management
• Proven expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning (Python, R, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in fraud and identity management
