Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end fraud detection strategy for the student lifecycle
• Establish and operationalize a unified fraud framework, including policies and controls
• Partner cross-functionally to implement scalable fraud detection capabilities and tools

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or trust & safety
• Proven track record of building and scaling fraud programs in regulated industries
• Strong experience with fraud detection tools, data signals, and analytics
• Ability to partner effectively with technology, operations, and compliance teams
• Experience leading through business transformation and implementing new processes
