Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Fraud Operations and Intake.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fraud Intake and Alerting Operations Team, ensuring high performance and operational excellence
• Define and implement the strategic plan for fraud detection systems and maintain vendor relationships
• Oversee fraud incident investigations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while collaborating with other teams to mitigate fraud threats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 9+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with a focus on fraud detection and prevention
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
• Certification as a Financial Crime Investigator or related certification preferred
