A company is looking for a Director of Front End Engineering to lead the React and Unity architecture vision and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the front-end technical roadmap for web and mobile applications, prioritizing features and investments
- Direct multiple engineering teams, conduct performance reviews, and mentor managers
- Define and scale automated testing frameworks for React/TypeScript applications to ensure stability and performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of front-end engineering experience with significant React/TypeScript development
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams and other managers
- Experience architecting and scaling automated quality assurance frameworks for large React applications
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile app delivery
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without stipulations
