Director of Front Line Controls

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Front Line Controls Officer-HSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned Front Line Units (FLU) and support compliance and risk oversight
• Lead the risk & control self-assessment process and analyze results to identify control weaknesses and suggest mitigation actions
• Collaborate with business units to monitor risk metrics, analyze operational loss reporting, and develop internal risk management procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred
• At least 5 years of risk or audit experience in financial institutions and/or medical payments
• At least 8 years of experience in the financial and/or medical payments industry
• CRCM designation desired but not required
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
