Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Growth & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and optimize the donor conversion funnel to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee all aspects of the Frozen Program, including team management, operations, and growth strategy
• Drive data-driven insights to improve program KPIs and manage relationships with clinic partners

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of operating experience, preferably with a consulting background or MBA
• Experience in scaling operations at a high-growth startup, ideally in consumer health or tech-enabled marketplaces
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Highly analytical with experience in building measurement infrastructure for insights
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work across various functions
