Director of Fund Administration

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the full-time remote Director of Fund Administration will build and lead the Emerging Talent Program in fund administration, oversee service delivery, and enhance team efficiency while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staffing and capacity, including forecasting hiring needs and conducting performance reviews
• Oversee fund administration service delivery, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve team efficiency and collaborate with other departments on new service offerings

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate, or hedge funds, with a background at a fund administrator
• 5+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing a team of fund accountants
• Strong client and relationship management skills to drive outcomes and meet customer needs
• Operational mindset focused on building repeatable, scalable processes
• Passion for developing and training entry-level talent
