Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Fund Shareholder Services to lead and manage operations of a Service Provider Oversight Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Provider Oversight team and manage transfer agency operations for various investment products
• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Develop and motivate staff while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, focusing on transfer agency operations
• Experience with investment products such as mutual funds, CITs, interval funds, and 529 plans
• Deep understanding of transfer agent and intermediary operations
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 licensing required within 6 months of hire; Series 26 or 24 required 6 months later
