Director of Fundraising Analytics

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Fundraising Analytics, this remote position will manage fundraising data analysis, develop strategies to enhance donor engagement, and oversee analytics initiatives to support the organization's mission of ending youth homelessness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize donor engagement
• Develop and implement analytics strategies to enhance fundraising efforts and improve donor retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reports and dashboards that track fundraising performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Marketing, or Nonprofit Management
• Proven experience in fundraising analytics or a related field, with a strong understanding of donor behavior
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms
• Experience in developing and presenting analytical reports to stakeholders
• Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising strategies and best practices
