Director of Fundraising Intelligence

Job Summary

To support innovative fundraising efforts, the full-time Director of Fundraising Intelligence will conduct market analysis, develop research insights, and deliver compelling presentations to establish the organization as a trusted voice in autonomous fundraising, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop original research on autonomous AI in fundraising, including benchmarks and trend reports
• Deliver presentations and publish content to establish thought leadership and credibility in the sector
• Analyze client gift data to provide actionable insights and support sales and customer success initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with fundraising or advancement data in the nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare sectors
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with public speaking experience
• Deep understanding of key fundraising metrics and trends relevant to advancement leaders
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and create processes in a new role
