A company is looking for a Director, Core Campaigns & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as interim market leader for peer-to-peer campaigns during vacancies, ensuring revenue execution and participant growth
• Lead the execution and growth of the DIY fundraising program while identifying and scaling revenue-generating best practices
• Drive campaign performance through data analysis, strategic planning, and field enablement communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 6-8+ years of experience in fundraising, campaign management, or strategy
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with internal systems
