Director of Fundraising Strategy

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Director of Fundraising Strategy will oversee 5-6 client teams, coach clients on fundraising best practices, and manage junior staff while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 4-5 client teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time
• Develop and implement comprehensive institutional fundraising strategies in partnership with clients
• Draft proposals, reports, and other complex documents to support client fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in institutional fundraising or a related field
• Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff effectively
• Strong project management skills with a focus on timely and high-quality deliverables
• Experience in developing fundraising strategies across multiple issue areas
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar information management systems
