Director of GBS Transformation

Job Summary

Driving the implementation of a new Global Business Services operating model, the full-time Director of GBS Transformation will manage transformation projects, ensure continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery of GBS transformation initiatives, converting strategy into organized plans and outcomes
• Own and maintain a rolling portfolio of transformation and improvement initiatives, prioritizing based on business value
• Lead the onboarding of new services and processes into GBS, ensuring consistency with operational standards

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in GBS, shared services, or enterprise transformation roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale GBS transitions or operating-model changes
• Strong understanding of Finance and/or HR service models
• Experience working in complex, matrixed global environments
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes without formal authority
