Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of General Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the General Education Program
• Support and mentor GE Leaders and Faculty, overseeing course administration and evaluation
• Analyze learner and faculty data to ensure academic progress and satisfaction outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably online and hybrid
• 3-5 years of teaching experience with adult learners, preferably online
• PhD or EdD, or a Master's degree with advanced coursework from an accredited institution
• 5-7 years of faculty management and leadership experience
• Experience with higher education accreditation and budget management
