Director of Geotechnical Engineering

Job Summary

Director of Geotechnical Engineering, a full-time position focused on leading engineering capital management, site master planning, and supporting operations and business development in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Division's engineering strategy and manage capital projects across multiple sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track capital budgets and master plans
• Motivate and manage a high-performance engineering team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline with 15+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of batch manufacturing processes and experience in a GMP environment
• Experience managing engineering and facilities personnel, external consultants, and multiple stakeholders
• PE license preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and CAD software
