Director of Global Accounts Payable

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense function, the full-time Director of Global Accounts Payable will manage day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance while fostering team development and collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP and T&E operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead and develop a global team, promoting accountability and cross-training
• Drive global standardization and automation of processes, including system implementations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance operations with global leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong experience in process improvements, automation, and system implementations
• Understanding of global AP operations, controls, and compliance requirements
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and T&E platforms (e.g., Concur)
