Director of Global Benefits

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Director of Global Benefits will manage the design, governance, and administration of benefits programs across over 30 countries, partnering with regional HR teams and vendors to enhance employee experience while ensuring compliance and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with business goals and employee needs
• Lead the design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs globally
• Establish governance and best practices for leave administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in global benefits within a multinational organization
• Proven experience designing and managing benefits programs across multiple countries
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits and experience with international benefits programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities in a global environment
