Director of Global Benefits
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Director of Global Benefits, this full-time remote position will manage and develop the global benefits team, oversee benefits strategy and plan design across multiple markets, and ensure compliance and effective vendor management as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement Harvey's global benefits and leave philosophy, ensuring alignment with market needs
- Oversee the annual benefits cycle, including renewals, open enrollment, and new-country launches
- Grow the global benefits team while setting standards for service delivery and communication with employees
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in benefits, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth technology company
- Expertise in US benefits design and compliance, including ERISA, ACA, and FMLA
- Experience designing or administering international benefits in EMEA and/or APAC
- Strong vendor management skills, including RFPs and contract negotiations
- Financial fluency to manage and defend a benefits budget effectively
