Director of Global CAPA Programs

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Director of Global CAPA Programs will enhance Getinge's CAPA system and support continuous improvement initiatives across various business areas, ensuring compliance and effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead efforts to upgrade and improve the performance of Getinge's end-to-end CAPA System
• Assess system health and manage a portfolio of improvement projects while supporting audit activities
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate resources on the CAPA System and engage with stakeholders for feedback integration

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device quality process areas
• Subject matter expertise in CAPA and NC processes
• Strong understanding of Quality Management System operations and global regulations
• Internal and external audit experience, including observation response writing
