Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a global channel sales strategy aligned to growth targets
  • Manage global partner relationships and oversee partner performance
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of strategic partners
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of sales/channel sales experience, preferably in AECO, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • 8+ years of global people management experience
  • Expertise in global distributor management and indirect channel sales
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong business acumen, including forecasting and budgeting
