Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive global compensation planning cycles, including benchmarking and stakeholder management
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align performance management with compensation strategies
  • Manage executive compensation materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a hyper-growth global technology or MedTech company is ideal
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR applications, preferably Workday
  • Demonstrated success in managing compensation strategies and processes
