Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive global compensation planning cycles, including benchmarking and stakeholder management
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align performance management with compensation strategies
- Manage executive compensation materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification preferred
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in a hyper-growth global technology or MedTech company is ideal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR applications, preferably Workday
- Demonstrated success in managing compensation strategies and processes
