Job Summary

To lead the development and management of competitive global compensation programs, the full-time remote Director of Global Compensation will design strategies for employee and executive compensation, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive compensation strategies, including base salary, bonuses, and equity for employees and executives
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation management, including sales compensation and at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, pay structures, and relevant legislation
  • Proficiency in compensation software and Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team with strong interpersonal skills
