Job Summary
Leading the global compensation function, the full-time remote Director of Global Compensation will design and manage compensation programs, oversee the Compensation Team, and serve as a strategic partner to various internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance and equity in compensation practices.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the design and execution of global compensation programs, including broad-based pay and annual cycles
- Manage and develop the Compensation team, fostering a high-performing culture with clear role clarity and professional development
- Build and optimize analytics and reporting capabilities to inform workforce planning and leadership recommendations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in a high-growth technology or global company, with public-company experience preferred
- Deep expertise in broad-based compensation, including salary structures, market pricing, and pay equity
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling
- Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS and compensation technology
- Excellent judgment and stakeholder-management skills to influence across various departments
