Leading a global team, the full-time remote Director of Global Content Production is responsible for operationalizing content supply chain processes and managing the production of thousands of content projects across various channels, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a global team and establish operational frameworks for content production delivery
• Manage the execution of content production projects across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Drive the adoption of automation and AI solutions to enhance production efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years in global content production operations
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a record of successful collaboration
• Proven ability to implement strategies through detailed action plans
• Experience working with agencies and operations teams in matrixed environments
• Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries
