Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in contingent workforce management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience managing a global contingent workforce team
• Proven ability to manage and interpret data for reporting and analysis
• Demonstrated planning and analytic skills related to workforce management
