Job Summary
Leading the Global Deal Desk function, the full-time Director of Global Deal Desk will manage complex SaaS transactions, enhance quote-to-cash processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic commercial deals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the Global Deal Desk function, supporting new business, expansions, and renewals
- Partner with Sales to structure complex transactions and ensure timely deal reviews and approval workflows
- Drive improvements in quote-to-cash processes, leveraging AI and machine learning for enhanced efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, or Sales Operations
- Proven leadership of a Global Deal Desk team in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business
- Strong understanding of SaaS deal structures and experience with enterprise sales teams
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and CLM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
