Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time salaried Director of Global Delivery will manage the training delivery function, evolve operations toward an AI-first model, and develop instructor readiness strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global training delivery function across customer, partner, and internal audiences
- Set staffing strategies and readiness plans for instructors, balancing FTE and ATP supply based on data analysis
- Lead the evolution of training delivery models towards customized, AI-first operations
Required qualifications
- Multiple years of experience managing technical instructors in a global, multi-region environment
- Experience across the full training lifecycle: design, delivery, and evaluation
- Proven ability to build and scale instructor capacity across employed and partner workforces
- Demonstrated technical depth in data, analytics, and AI; Databricks certification preferred
- Experience in developing instructor training and evaluation programs
