Job Summary

Managing a dedicated portfolio of donors, the full-time Director of Global Development will develop high-stakes communications, ensure fundraisers are equipped with necessary resources, and contribute to securing financial resources to advance the organization's mission while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of funders, cultivating partnerships and developing tailored engagement strategies
• Produce high-quality written communications, including grant proposals and donor reports, to inspire support for the organization
• Oversee Global Development's data management strategy and optimize operational systems to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising and donor management
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Proven ability to interpret data and identify trends for strategic decision-making
