Director of Global Diagnostics Policy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Global Diagnostics Pathways and Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central expert on diagnostic coverage and affordability across business units and global teams
• Develop and implement global strategies to enhance diagnostic access and eliminate affordability barriers
• Oversee sponsored testing activities and ensure integration of diagnostic insights into launch planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in market access and/or policy within the diagnostics field
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Preferred: 6+ years of diagnostic market access experience
• Preferred: Advanced degree (e.g., Ph.D. or MS/MBA) and strong network within the diagnostic ecosystem
