Job Summary
To enhance field readiness, the full-time remote Director of Global Enablement will design, develop, and execute enablement learning programs that empower customer-facing teams, translating business priorities into impactful learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Identify gaps in knowledge and skills with field managers, translating them into targeted learning programs
- Own the design and delivery of enablement learning programs across various topics, ensuring quality and learner engagement
- Define success metrics for programs and measure effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in enablement, training, or learning program management in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-volume learning programs that drive behavior change
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence
- Strong ownership of programs from concept to delivery, with problem-solving capabilities
- Deep understanding of customer-facing roles in SaaS
