Job Summary

As a senior Finance leader, the full-time Director of Global Finance will provide strategic finance business partnering to Global Commercial, supporting leadership teams with financial insights and decision-making while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead Finance adviser to Function Heads and senior leadership teams, embedding Finance into strategic and operational decision-making
• Lead performance discussions focused on function and portfolio performance, driving cost discipline and value optimization
• Oversee financial evaluation of significant initiatives, ensuring robust analysis supports senior leadership decisions

Required qualifications

• Qualified accountant or MBA
• Typically, 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior business partnering roles
• Strong understanding of life sciences business, including R&D and commercial environments
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders effectively
• Demonstrated capability to lead within a complex, cross-matrixed organization
