Director of Global HR Services

Job Summary

To support the HR Evolution and Global HR Services team, the full-time Director of Global HR Services will design and implement HR service models, manage multi-country initiatives, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and pilot HR service models, including establishing a foundational performance infrastructure
• Validate opportunities for additional pilots and support the evolution of the HR operating model
• Lead global initiatives such as Great Place to Work and manage stakeholder relationships effectively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-country or enterprise initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build new functions, programs, or service models
• Experience in complex, multi-site environments with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop business cases and establish performance tracking frameworks
• Strong project and program management capabilities, preferably in hospitality or similar sectors
