Director of Global Intercompany Accounting

Job Summary

Leading the global intercompany accounting function, the full-time remote Director of Global Intercompany Accounting will oversee reconciliations, settlements, and dispute resolution across all legal entities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and effective internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global intercompany accounting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations
• Lead a diverse team of accounting professionals, mentoring them to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with SOX requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to resolve issues and enhance operational improvements across finance and accounting functions

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting; Master's in Accounting is a plus
• 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a Global Business Services leadership role
• Experience with intercompany accounting, consolidations, and foreign currency translations
• Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and experience in large multinational companies
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Blackline; CPA is a plus
