Key Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on workforce decisions and collaborate on demand forecasting and headcount needs
• Analyze headcount occupancy and utilization for staffing forecasts and talent supply management
• Track and report workforce plans, ensuring focus on business-critical targets

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Graduate degree preferred
• 4-6 years of leadership experience
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
