Director of Global Mobility

Job Summary

Leading the Global Mobility & Immigration function, the full-time salaried Director of Global Mobility will define strategy, manage operations, and ensure compliance while developing a globally distributed team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive GMI's global strategy and priorities in alignment with People Operations and business strategy
• Own and evolve a unified GMI operating model, harmonizing policies and roles across the brand ecosystem
• Lead and develop GMI's team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global mobility and/or immigration, with leadership experience across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven track record of building or scaling a global mobility/immigration function in a multinational environment
• Strong experience in cross-cultural fluency and change management, leading globally distributed teams
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, with sound judgment on high-risk escalations
• Curiosity about leveraging new tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and employee experience
