Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the Operations organization, ensuring service delivery and platform reliability
• Champion a customer-first culture and translate operational insights into actionable improvements
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to manage security-related events and maintain operational readiness

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Operations, Service Delivery, or Platform Management within SaaS, payments, or gaming environments
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global or cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
