Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in global operations or related leadership roles
• Proven experience with global delivery models and managing vendor ecosystems
• Strong track record in designing and optimizing operational processes
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience in building performance frameworks
