Director of Global Partnerships
Job Summary
Overseeing service-delivery partnerships, the remote Director of Global Partnerships will manage the Partner Services team, drive strategy for installation and services partners globally, and build scalable programs to enhance partner performance and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Partner Services team, including frontline managers and senior contributors
- Drive strategy and operational excellence across global installation and services partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline partner experiences and improve deployment consistency
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing partner relationships
- 8+ years of combined program management, enablement, or operations consulting experience
- Proven track record of building and deploying external programs alongside sales teams
- Experience within the fleet management or hardware deployment space
- Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS sales
